PRIVACY POLICY

I. General Provisions

1.1. This policy establishes the principles for collecting personal data of users of the website https://neurocorrection.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), as well as the types of personal data collected, used, processed, and protected by the Psychological Assistance Center "Rivnovaha" (hereinafter referred to as the "Center").

1.2. The terms used in this Policy have the following meanings:

1.2.1. Website – a collection of web pages accessible via the Internet under the domain name https://neurocorrection.com.ua.

1.2.2. User – an individual using the Website and/or an individual contacting the Center for services.

1.2.3. Processing of Personal Data – any operation or set of operations, including collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use, dissemination (distribution, transfer), anonymization, or destruction of personal data, including through automated systems.

1.2.4. Personal Data – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" dated June 1, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the "Law").

II. Collection and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

2.1. The Center collects personal data exclusively with the informed and voluntary consent of the User, formalized by a written Consent to Personal Data Processing, and only within the limits of the data personally provided by the User.

2.2. By providing consent for the processing of their personal data and the data of the individual they represent, the User agrees to the processing of the following data (including but not limited to):

  • Full name (surname, first name, patronymic)
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Passport details and/or birth certificate details
  • Taxpayer identification number
  • Registered and actual place of residence
  • Unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (UDR)
  • Photograph
  • Phone number and email
  • Other data necessary for providing services to the User.

2.3. By using the Website, the User consents to the processing of the following technical data:

  • Cookies
  • IP addresses
  • Browser settings and configurations while using the Website.

2.4. The purpose of processing personal data, as defined in Clause 2.2, is to organize the provision of psychological and psycho-pedagogical assistance, including psychological consultations and sessions, as well as to provide information that may be relevant or necessary for the User.

2.5. The Center includes the User's data in the Personal Data Database from the moment the User provides their Consent to Data Processing and retains it for the duration of the services and for one (1) year after the last service request.

2.6. The Center processes User's Personal Data by collecting, registering, accumulating, storing, modifying, updating, using in the work of specialists, transferring (exchanging) between Center specialists who provide services at the User's request, anonymizing, or destroying the personal data for the proper provision of services.

2.7. The Center may transfer personal data of Users and the individuals they represent to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights in the field of personal data protection, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

2.8. When using the Website, third-party tracking codes (such as website analytics, social media plugins, banner advertising networks) may collect and process data defined in Clause 2.3.

2.9. The Center takes all legally required measures to protect the User's Personal Data, including secure storage, restricted access to processing systems, and encryption protocols to protect the connection between the User and the Website server.

III. User Rights

3.1. The User is granted all rights under Ukrainian law, including the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", specifically:

  1. Right to be informed about the sources, location, and purpose of their personal data processing.
  2. Right to access personal data, including information about third parties to whom their data is disclosed.
  3. Right to obtain confirmation of whether their personal data is being processed and to receive the content of such data within 30 calendar days of a request.
  4. Right to object to processing, including automated processing.
  5. Right to request correction or deletion of personal data if it is incorrect or processed unlawfully.
  6. Right to protection against unauthorized processing, loss, destruction, or damage of personal data.
  7. Right to file complaints regarding personal data processing with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or through legal proceedings.
  8. Right to withdraw consent for personal data processing at any time.

IV. Use of IP Addresses

4.1. An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a numerical identifier automatically assigned to a User's device when connecting to the Internet.

4.2. The Center and third-party service providers may collect IP addresses for system administration, security audits, and monitoring Website usage patterns.

4.3. By visiting the Website, the User agrees to the collection and use of their IP address for the purposes outlined in this section.

V. Cookies

5.1. The Website uses cookies for functionality and analytical purposes.

5.2. Cookies are small text files stored on a User’s device that enhance Website performance and provide analytical insights.

5.3. By visiting the Website, the User consents to the collection and use of cookie data.

5.4. Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, though some Website features may become unavailable.

VI. Other Provisions

6.1. This Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website and remains in force until updated or replaced with a new version.

6.2. The Center reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website and apply to all Users.

6.3. By consenting to the processing of personal data, the User confirms they have sufficient legal authority to do so.

6.4. Medical data transmitted by the User to a specialist for service purposes is not collected or processed by the Center. Such data is under the specialist’s control and is deleted after service completion.

6.5. The Website may contain links to third-party websites with different privacy policies. The Center is not responsible for the data policies of such websites, and Users are advised to review their privacy policies before using them.
