I. General Provisions

1.1. These rules are developed by Sole Proprietor Shlonska Oksana Oleksandrivna and LLC "Psychological Assistance Center 'Rivnovaha'" to establish the general conditions for service provision by the Sole Proprietor Shlonska Oksana Oleksandrivna and LLC "Psychological Assistance Center 'Rivnovaha'" (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Center"). These rules are mandatory for clients, visitors, and any other individuals present on the premises of LLC "Psychological Assistance Center 'Rivnovaha'" at 4-B Akademika Tupoleva St., Kyiv. They also define the types and methods of service provision to clients.

1.2. The following terms in these Rules shall be understood as follows:

1.2.1. Website – a collection of web pages available on the Internet under the domain name https://neurocorrection.com.ua.

1.2.2. Adhesion Agreement – a public contract posted on the Center's Website, which the Client agrees to in order to receive services.

1.2.3. Application – a written request signed by the Client for the provision of services, by submitting which the Client agrees to the Adhesion Agreement and these Rules.

1.2.4. Client – an individual requesting services, including in the interests of minors.

1.2.5. Services – a range of psychological and/or psycho-pedagogical services, the list of which is defined by these Rules and published on the Website.

1.2.6. Specialist – a qualified person with sufficient knowledge and professional credentials to provide services.

II. Types of Services

2.1. The Center provides the following types of services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"):

2.1.1. Initial Consultation

2.1.1.1. The initial consultation involves a session with a specialist to identify and analyze the Client's concerns, gather case history, and conduct diagnostics as per the Client's request.

2.1.1.2. The duration of one initial consultation is 50 minutes. The number of initial consultations depends on the complexity of the issue and may range from one to three sessions.

2.1.1.3. For minors, the initial consultation must be followed by a separate session with parents or legal guardians, where the specialist presents diagnostic results and provides recommendations.

2.1.2. Corrective Work

2.1.2.1. Corrective work includes:

  • Neuropsychological correction
  • Speech therapy correction
  • Psychological support for autism
  • Correction of learning difficulties
  • Behavioral correction

2.1.2.2. The duration of one corrective session is 50 minutes.

  • For children under 4 years35 minutes
  • For children over 4 years45 minutes

2.1.2.3. The number of corrective sessions is determined by the specialist based on the nature of the issue and the progress made.

2.1.2.4. Interim diagnostics are conducted no more than once every three months to objectively assess progress.

2.1.2.5. For minors, specialists hold monthly meetings with parents or guardians to discuss progress.

2.1.3. Group Sessions

2.1.3.1. Group sessions are conducted for:

  • Speech therapy correction
  • Psychological support for autism
  • Correction of learning difficulties
  • Behavioral correction

2.1.3.2. The duration of group sessions varies based on the age and needs of the participants.

2.1.3.3. Group sessions follow a fixed schedule established by the Center.

2.1.3.4. Group size is limited to 20 participants.

2.1.4. Psychological Assistance

2.1.4.1. Psychological assistance includes psychological counseling, structured in three stages:

  1. Initial assessment (diagnostics)
  2. Main intervention phase
  3. Final stage

2.1.4.2. The duration of one psychological session is 50 minutes.

2.1.4.3. The number of sessions is determined by the specialist based on the Client's needs.

III. Receiving Services

3.1. To receive services, the Client must submit a signed written Application.

  • By submitting the Application, the Client fully accepts the Adhesion Agreement and agrees to all terms and conditions, including data processing consent.

3.2. Upon submission of the Application, the Client receives instructions from the Center’s manager regarding the working procedure, service details, and scheduling options. This can be done in person or remotely via phone.

3.3. After the initial consultation, the specialist and the Client agree on a further service plan, which includes:

  • Types of services
  • Estimated duration
  • Service fees

3.4. Services are provided only after signing the respective agreement with the specialist.

3.5. Payment for each session must be made in advance as specified in the Client’s agreement.

IV. Service Provision Regulations

4.1. Services are provided only at the Center’s premises (4-B Akademika Tupoleva St., Kyiv). Home visits are not available.

4.2. Session scheduling must be agreed upon in advance.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are charged at double rate.
  • Late arrivals do not extend session time.

4.3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • For urgent situations (fever, emergencies), cancellations must be made by 10:00 AM on the appointment day.

4.4. In case of an air raid alarm, all sessions are suspended immediately, and visitors must proceed to the nearest shelter.

4.5. Sessions are not conducted on weekends or public holidays.

4.6. Phone consultations longer than 10 minutes may be charged at a pre-agreed rate.

4.7. The Client or Specialist may discontinue therapy with prior notice.

  • If the Client unilaterally discontinues therapy, further work may be refused.

4.8. Rules for Minors’ Representatives (Parents/Guardians):

4.8.1. Ensure on-time arrival for the child’s session.
4.8.2. Remain in the waiting area without entering the session room.
4.8.3. Do not eavesdrop on sessions, interrupt therapy, or force the child to discuss sessions.
4.8.4. Complete home assignments as prescribed by the specialist.
4.8.5. Attend monthly parent meetings.

4.9. Clients with fever, viral infections, or acute conditions are not admitted.

4.10. Clients must compensate for damages (e.g., broken toys or materials) within one week.

V. Other Terms

5.1. These Rules take effect upon publication on the Website and remain valid until amended or replaced.

5.2. The Center reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Rules by publishing an updated version on the Website. The new version takes effect immediately upon publication and is binding on all Clients.
